My Little Corner of the World

Piglet requested for napa cabbage soup a week ago. I then realised that I have not cooked this soup before for him. Surprisingly I cooked it very often when I was in university as it was one of the Chinese vegetable readily available in local grocery shops.

Napa cabbage is soft and sweet when cooked in soup. It is also used in quick soups .e.g. with anchovy stock, with meatballs or minced meat.
