After making walnut milk, I wanted to try other types of nut milk.

After purchasing a bag of almonds, I took about half a cup to make almond milk. It’s also another alternative to keto diet or vegan diet.

I will just stick to the same 1:4 ratio


Ingredients

Half cup

Half cup Almond

2 cup Water to blend

(1 cup Water to Soak Almond + 2 cup Water to Rinse Almond)


Method

Soak Almond

1.Soak almonds the night before. 

Soaked Almond

2. The following day, rinse the almond.

3. Blend water and almond.

Blend almond + water

4. Use a cheese cloth to strain it


Taste

Milky goodness! It is sweeter than walnut milk, quite bland to be honest.

Soy bean milk has a beany taste. Walnut milk has a bitterish walnut taste.

Still prefer soy bean milk.
