My Glasgow Kitchen

My Little Corner of the World

This is one of the recipes that I use when I am lazy and not keen to stir fry so I don’t grease up the kitchen. It is better than eating boiled pak choi on its own.

I had decided not to cook and clean the 1st week I was recovering from transPRK eye surgery and get takeaways. However sometimes there are not too many veggie choices and I am trying to stick to 5 a day. Decided to cook something nutritious and simple instead.
