When I have nasi kandar during weekends, this will be my go to dish. This cabbage dish was not fresh and had a sourish tinge the last time I ate it. Let’s cook it instead!

Ingredients: Oil,  Garlic, Ginger, Red Onion, Red Chilli, Cumin, Curry leaf, Cabbage, Carrot, Tumeric, & Salt.

I was too lazy to make a ginger garlic paste.

It was crunchy, warm and fresh. I’m going to stick to the homecooked version instead of eating out.
