What do you do with leftover banchan in the refrigerator?
Make bibimbap

- Gosari Namul (Korean fernbrake)
- Oi Muchim (Cucumber salad)
- Kong Namul (Soy Bean Sprouts)
- Gyeran Mari (Egg roll)
- Musaengchae (Radish salad)
Add the leftover banchan on top of the rice. Top it with sesame seed, gochujang (korean hot pepper paste and sesame oil) and mix. That was an instant meal in a bowl.
