One of my favourite vegetable is sweet potato leaves. It grows easily especially if you have land. Maintenance is minimal too.
The pic above is actually my grandfather’s kampung land. Unfortunately I don’t have that much land so it’s growing out of a pot and outside the house.

I tried another one with a shrimp paste consisting of chilli padi, garlic, dried shrimp, red chilli, shallots and belacan (fermented shrimp). Piglet commented that he preferred a ‘stronger’ shrimp paste flavour. Maybe to mask the flavour of the sweet potato leaf?
